General Overview
This Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for our services and products. It is divided into two sections: one covering Subscriptions and the other addressing One-Time Purchases.

Section 1: Subscriptions
A “Subscription” refers to a service or product that is billed on a recurring basis, with the billing frequency established at the time of your subscription. Unless otherwise stated in your initial agreement, subscriptions are auto-billed, meaning payment is automatically processed through your designated account. Manual invoicing for subscriptions is not standard practice unless explicitly agreed upon at the start of service.

Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Cancellations within 48 hours of initial payment: Full refund provided.

After the second billing cycle onwards: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as outlined in this Policy.

First Billing Cycle Refund Window

Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of initial payment.

Quarterly Subscriptions: Full refund within 21 days of initial payment.

Annual Subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days of initial payment.

Section 2: One-Time Purchases
A “One-Time Purchase” refers to any product or service purchased on a non-recurring basis. This includes standalone services or products offered by Prism Creative that do not involve ongoing billing.

Refund Policy for One-Time Purchases

Eligibility: Refunds are only available if the client demonstrates, with credible evidence, that all advice, recommendations, and deliverables provided as part of the purchased service or product were fully implemented and maintained consistently for 30 consecutive days from the date of purchase.

Submission Process: Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@prismcreative.com after the 30-day implementation period. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.

Agreement to Terms: Processing of the initial payment constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined in this Policy.

Waiver: By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to dispute, contest, or challenge the enforceability or validity of this Policy.

Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify this Policy at our discretion, particularly in cases where we believe a customer is misusing it. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Acceptance of Changes: Your continued use of our services and/or any purchase constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of this Policy.
